This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with Haitian cuisine. I ordered griot with rice and beans, macaroni salad, fried plantains, and extra pikliz. The flavors were absolutely incredible—especially for $18.
Reflexion Restaurant (Titi Restaurant) is a must. The legume and sos pwa were fire!!! Perfectly seasoned, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is cooked with care. And the white rice? Honestly so good it can be eaten by itself. Simple, clean, and done right. Definitely coming back.
